Public enrollment opens when the program is available in your PolyFundr account. New and existing partners use one program. Existing codes, earned commissions, and recorded payments remain intact when accounts move into Partners. ## Join and choose a code Sign in to [PolyFundr Partners](https://polyfundr.com/partners), choose an available code, and accept these rules. Joining is free. You do not need to buy a challenge or have a minimum number of followers. Codes use 3–24 letters, numbers or underscores. Codes ignore letter case. Brand, staff and support names are reserved. You can hold one partner account. Your code is confirmed when you finish enrollment. You can edit it from your partner dashboard. Previous codes stay reserved for your account, and links using them still credit your referrals. ## Give your audience 50% off Your code gives an eligible new buyer **50% off the list base fee of their first paid challenge**. The standard public promotion gives 25% off. Offers do not stack: checkout uses the best eligible single discount. Add-ons keep their listed price. For a $49 base fee, the public offer costs $36.75. Your partner offer costs \$24.50 before add-ons. You cannot use your own code. A customer who has already bought a paid challenge cannot reuse the first-purchase partner discount. Your referral link can record a referral for 90 days. Before the first paid purchase, a customer can enter another eligible code at checkout. A prior locked referral can prevent reassignment. The first paid purchase locks the referring partner. Eligible repeat purchases can earn commission for 12 calendar months from that purchase; repeat purchases can use the standard public offer. ## Earn 5% to 25% commission You earn commission on the **base fee actually collected after discounts**, excluding add-ons. Clicks, signups and free challenges do not earn cash. Commission is separate from the trading profit split a funded trader receives. Your level uses **all-time cleared first-purchase base fees and unique new paying traders**. You must meet both targets. A quote already created keeps its recorded price and commission rate. Refunds reduce qualifying revenue and commissions. Levels are permanent. Inactivity and refunds do not reduce a level you already earned. Refunds still reduce qualifying revenue and commissions. An account under review can have its code or payout requests paused. Existing partners start at the standard level matching or rounding up their previous rate, up to 25%, or a higher level their lifetime totals have earned. ## Holds, refunds and payouts New commissions normally remain pending for 14 days. Your dashboard separates pending earnings, cleared earnings, requests in review and paid earnings. A hold is not a payment promise; ineligible or refunded purchases can be adjusted. You can request your first payout with at least **$5** in cleared earnings. Later requests need at least **$25**. You can have one request in review at a time. Requests require review and are paid in USDC on Polygon to the wallet address you confirm. Check that you control the address and that it accepts USDC on Polygon. A request is not marked paid until a confirmed transfer is recorded. Your payout history includes the transfer link. If a request is returned, the eligible balance becomes available again. A partial refund reverses commission in proportion to the refunded base fee. A full refund reverses the full commission. If the commission was already paid, the reversal is deducted from future earnings. Your activity shows refund adjustments. Contact support if you need help with an adjustment. An account under review cannot request new payouts until the review is resolved. ## Save your payout wallet and frequency Open **Settings → Payouts** or [payout settings](https://polyfundr.com/settings). Save a wallet that receives USDC on Polygon. Partners and funded trading payouts share this wallet. Editing it changes future requests; a request already in review keeps its confirmed destination. Trading payouts are always requested manually. Choose a request frequency for **Partner earnings**: * **Manual:** request a payout when you are ready. This is the default. * **Weekly:** check for an eligible payout each Friday at 12:00 UTC. * **Monthly:** check on the first day of each month at 12:00 UTC. A partner schedule submits eligible funds for review; it does not promise an instant or automatic transfer. Partner minimums and holds still apply. If no balance qualifies, the next scheduled check tries again. You can still make a manual partner request between scheduled checks. Trading payout requests remain manual and must meet the funded-account rules. Schedule options appear when enabled in your account. If scheduled requests are paused, your saved wallet remains available for manual requests. ## Earn and display milestones Milestones include your first cleared buyer, 10, 50, 100 and 500 cleared buyers, your first commission payment, and $1,000 or $10,000 in commissions paid. Earned milestones and levels remain in your dashboard. Choose up to two earned badges to display. They appear only when you have enabled your public trader profile and the public partner program is available. Choosing badges does not make a private profile public. ## Share fairly Tell your audience that you earn a commission when they use your code. Describe the current challenge terms accurately. Do not promise guaranteed trading profits or guaranteed partner income. Your earnings depend on eligible purchases. Do not refer yourself, create extra accounts to obtain first-purchase discounts, impersonate PolyFundr staff, or use spam, misleading claims or fraudulent purchases to earn rewards. PolyFundr can pause codes and payout requests while it reviews suspected abuse and can reverse ineligible commissions with a recorded reason.
